WellTide Health

WellTide Health is grounded in a simple but powerful belief: healthier lives for Nova Scotians are possible when they are connected to accessible, community-centered health and wellness supports.  


Led by Partners for Care, is a new, two-storey, 45,000 sq. ft. modern facility located in Osprey Village in the District of Lunenburg.


WellTide Health brings community-centred health and wellness programs, businesses, and supports aligned with the needs of the surrounding community together, under one roof.

Partners for Care Hub

Inside WellTide Health, Partners for Care will operate the Partners for Care Collaboration Hub (PFC Hub). The PFC Hub will serve as the operational heart of PFC’s community health efforts, reflecting the realities, strengths and needs of the region it serves. The PFC Hub aims to address regional health, wellness, and social support gaps and service fragmentation to support all aspects of residents’ health and social determinants of health. WellTide Health, offering a modern co-working space for health and wellness providers to deliver care.


Through the PFC Hub, we will provide access to shared services and facilities in an environment focused on person-centered system navigation. This navigation service acts as the community’s guide to understanding which services are available, how to reach them, and how service providers connect within the PFC Collaboration Hub, WellTide Health and across the community and health ecosystem.

Parking

At the QEII Health Sciences Centre campuses, Partners for Care  manages access to over 2,700 on and off-site parking spots. Additionally, PFC manages parking operations at the Cobequid Community Health Centre, with 437 parking sites, the Bayers Lake Outpatient Centre, with 423 parking spots, and at the Nova Scotia Hospital, with 344 parking spots.

OPTions for Parking and Transportation (OPT) Program

The Options for Parking and Transportation (OPT) program is a staff program developed and managed by Partners for Care in partnership with Nova Scotia Health to support QEII Health Sciences Centre campus staff with their commutes to work during the Halifax Infirmary Expansion Project.
