About Us
Partners for Care (PFC) is a nonprofit partner of Nova Scotia Health that brings organizations together to invest in healthier communities to improve patient and health provider experiences. PFC was founded more than 35 years ago as an auxiliary for the QEII Health Sciences Centre, but over the years, our mandate has shifted to focus on enabling positive and accessible healthcare experiences for Nova Scotians.
Today, our core programs include parking, delivering active transportation and wellness support programming for staff at the QEII Health Science Centre, and continually exploring opportunities to expand access to healthcare for patients, healthcare providers and communities across Nova Scotia.
